The RIPP Coil Pack Conversion Kit is engineered to replace the stock coil rail on your 2000-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ or Unlimited 4.0L I6, upgrading your ignition system to a 6-post coil body design. This direct-swap, plug-and-play system simplifies maintenance and installation, which typically takes about 1.5 hours. This conversion kit significantly enhances your ignition system's performance, delivering 31% more power than the OEM coil pack rail. The increased energy to the spark plugs promotes a more complete burn within the combustion chamber, resulting in gains of 8-10 net wheel horsepower, improved gas mileage, and a more responsive throttle. The internal components are of the highest quality, with a heavy-duty primary core winding and stronger laminations for sustained power delivery, even at high RPMs. The NGK spark plugs included offer economical performance and improved ignitability. Installation requires using the firing order directions provided (1-5-3-6-2-4) and disregarding any numbered posts on the coil pack itself. This kit is suitable for both supercharged and naturally aspirated applications and requires no tuning. Included components: High Performance Coil pack, Coil pack mounting bracket, Converter harness, Spark Plug Wire set.
