The Maxpeedingrods ignition coil assembly kit is a direct aftermarket replacement for Onan point model engines, specifically designed to replace OEM part number 166-0772. This coil is compatible with BF, B43, B48, NHC, and CCK engine models. Application details include specific requirements for certain tractor models: For 317 models, it must be an Onan P218G engine, and it will not work if the engine is a Kohler. For P218G engines in model 316 and 318, specific serial number ranges (420,001 to 999,000 and 10,001 to 120,000) apply. For P220G engines in model 420, serial numbers must be 420,001 and above. Ensure your engine model and serial number match these specifications before purchasing. The primary resistance is 3.12 Ω and the primary inductance is 6.67 mH. It comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. No instructions are included, and professional installation and alignment are suggested.
