These springs are fully designed, manufactured, and finished in Australia, utilizing ultra-modern design technology, state-of-the-art heat treatment, and high-intensity shot peening. They are formed on precision mandrels for precise end configurations and finished with a durable powder coat.

The Dobinsons C19-563V coil springs are manufactured in Australia with a focus on advanced design and robust construction. They undergo 100% load testing and are fully 'scragged' to prevent sagging, ensuring they maintain their specified performance over time. The manufacturing process includes state-of-the-art heat treatment and high-intensity shot peening, with formation on precision mandrels for accurate end configurations. A durable powder coat finish adds to their longevity. For the 2-door models, they are intended for loads between 110-220 lbs. For 4-door models, they are designed for stock load conditions. The installation requires Dobinsons IMS19-50099 or OEM Bilstein shocks. When installed, these coils provide approximately a 3-inch lift over non-Sasquatch models and a 2-inch lift over Sasquatch models.
