The Dobinsons C59-840 is a premium-quality coil spring pair manufactured in-house at Dobinsons' facility in Central Queensland, Australia. Designed with over 80 years of spring design experience, these springs are tailored for specific applications, ensuring precise fitment rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. They are built to suit a wide range of vehicle needs, including lifted 4x4s, performance street vehicles, and heavy-duty commercial applications. They are fully scragged and load tested to eliminate sag and maintain required specifications. The manufacturing process includes high-intensity shot peening for durability and state-of-the-art heat treatment. The springs are formed on precision mandrels with precise end configurations and finished with a durable powder coat. Compliance with ISO9001:2008 international quality standards ensures a high level of quality assurance. These coil springs are specifically designed for the Toyota Tundra from 2022 onwards and the Toyota Sequoia from 2023 onwards. They provide a 3-inch lift and are rated for 110-220 lbs of constant front-end weight or an additional 50-100kg of load, making them suitable for vehicles equipped with bumpers, gear, or for towing applications.
