The BC Racing BR Series I-94-BR coilovers are engineered to provide a significant upgrade in handling and adjustability for compatible vehicles. These coilovers utilize a mono-tube shock design, known for its superior damping consistency and heat dissipation compared to twin-tube designs. The linear piston damping curve ensures predictable response across a wide range of suspension movements, while the 30 levels of adjustable damping allow for precise tuning to suit various driving conditions and preferences. A key feature of the BC Racing BR Series is its independent ride height adjustment, which means the vehicle's stance can be lowered by up to 2 inches without compromising spring preload or suspension travel. This independent adjustment ensures optimal suspension geometry and performance even at lower ride heights. The spring rates are also customizable, allowing enthusiasts to tailor the suspension stiffness to their specific driving style, whether for track use, spirited street driving, or a more comfortable ride. These coilovers are designed for direct fitment on 2014-2017 BMW i8 AWD models.
