These coilovers offer a robust solution with easily accessible adjustment knobs for 30 levels of combined compression and rebound damping, allowing for precise tuning to suit various driving conditions and preferences. Constructed with a focus on durability and performance, the BR Series features 53mm dampers with a large 46mm piston diameter to maximize oil capacity, thereby reducing peak temperatures and enhancing damper performance. Ride height is fully adjustable via the lower spring platform, independent of spring preload, ensuring full damper travel is maintained. The patented concave lower locking ring provides a secure and reliable adjustment, preventing common issues with locking collars loosening over time. Additional features include mono-tube shock design, and an aluminum pillowball (rose joint) upper mount for improved response and handling by eliminating flex found in standard rubber mounts. Many applications also include camber-adjustable top mounts for further alignment customization. BC Racing uses high-strength SAE9254 cold-wound steel for their springs, which are tested to withstand over 500,000 cycles with minimal deformation. The damper units are black chromed steel for corrosion resistance, with anodized aluminum components and electrophoretically deposited and powder-coated steel lower mounts. A monthly salt spray test ensures the integrity of their anti-corrosive processes. These coilovers are fully rebuildable, with individual parts available for separate purchase. They come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
