Coilover Kit with 36 Damping Levels

This system offers 36 levels of damping adjustment, enabling you to fine-tune the balance between handling responsiveness and ride comfort. The damping adjustment modifies both compression and rebound simultaneously, facilitating effective and user-friendly setup changes. Constructed with performance and durability in mind, these coilovers utilize monotube high-pressure design to reduce oil leakage and electroplated bodies for corrosion resistance. The collars and upper mounts are crafted from 6061 aluminum with T6 hardening for increased durability. Spring rates are set at 8.7 kg/mm for the front and 4.4 kg/mm for the rear, with adjustable spring perches and lower mounts allowing for significant ride height adjustment and maximum suspension travel. Installation notes for the Volvo 940 (1991-1998) indicate that the front suspension requires welding and the independent rear suspension is excluded. The kit reuses OEM top mounts for both front and rear applications, and features pillowball top mounts for improved steering feel. This kit includes a full set of four coilovers.
