Coilover Suspension Kit with Pillow Ball Mounts

Leveraging extensive motorsport experience, Tein has developed this kit with a focus on delivering both a comfortable ride and the capability for precise suspension tuning. This system features a full-length adjustment system that separates ride height and spring pre-load adjustments, offering granular control over your vehicle's suspension setup. The FLEX Damper kit comes equipped with pillow ball upper mounts, which contribute to sharper steering response. Additionally, it offers 16 levels of manual damping force adjustment, controlling both compression and rebound simultaneously, and is compatible with Tein's Electronic Damping Force Controller (EDFC) for convenient on-the-fly adjustments. The Type FLEX damper system includes adjustable shock struts, main springs, lower spring seats, spring seat locks, rubber bump stops, dust covers, and hook spanners. Key specifications include front spring rates of 503 lbs/in (9 kg/mm) and rear spring rates of 391 lbs/in (7 kg/mm). The kit allows for a ride height adjustment of -1.5 inches (-37mm) at the front and -0.7 inches (-18mm) at the rear. The upper mounts are constructed with pillow ball material for enhanced performance and durability.
