The Neomax NEOMAX coilovers are a high-performance suspension system designed with a mono-tube shock design and 24 levels of damping adjustability. These units feature a 52mm diameter seamless carbon steel shock tube and 44mm piston, providing consistent damping performance across a wide range of driving conditions.

Utilizing a mono-tube design with 44mm pistons and digressive valving, these coilovers offer improved low-speed damping response and increased shock oil capacity compared to traditional twin-tube setups. The system is built with high-strength JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel shock tubes and SAE9254 cold-bent steel springs, ensuring long-term durability. Key features include 24 levels of damping adjustability, allowing for fine-tuned control of the ride characteristics directly from the driver's seat. Height adjustment is handled through the lower bracket, which permits changes to vehicle ride height without impacting spring preload or total suspension travel. Front applications typically include adjustable T6 6061 aluminum camber plates and Koyo Japan radial bearing upper spring perches to reduce noise, minimize spring bind, and improve feedback. All components are hand-assembled and dyno-tested to ensure performance consistency. This system is backed by a 5-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
