Coilover System [32-Way Adjustable]

The SF Racing Sport Coilovers are engineered for the 1974-1993 Volvo 240, providing a significant upgrade for street-driven vehicles. Designed to offer a wide range of ride height adjustability, these coilovers allow for a drop of 1-2.5 inches below factory height while crucially maintaining full suspension travel. Each corner of the vehicle features 32 distinct levels of damping adjustment, controlling both rebound and compression simultaneously with a single knob for fine-tuning the ride quality. The Sport Series coilovers employ a monotube damper design for improved heat dissipation and reduced oil leakage, and utilize SAE9254 Japanese cold-wound springs for durable and consistent performance. Components like the top mounts, perches, and collars are constructed from lightweight T6-6061 aluminum with an anodized finish for corrosion resistance, while the shock body is electroplated for added rust protection. Installation of these coilovers requires welding. SF Racing coilovers DO NOT interface with OEM electronic damping control systems; additional parts may be necessary to eliminate error codes if the original suspension included electronics. All SF Racing suspension fits 2WD vehicles unless otherwise specified as AWD. Pillowball mounts, if offered, refer to the bushing type and do not inherently mean camber plates are included unless specified separately. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. SF Racing products are hand-built to order, with handling times varying based on stock status, ranging from 1-2 business days for in-stock items to 5-7 business days for custom builds or out-of-stock items.
