The Ksport Asphalt Rally Spec AR Coilover Kit is engineered specifically for asphalt rally racing and competition. This system boasts an extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment for precise control. Large diameter pistons within the shock absorbers enhance oil capacity, leading to increased cooling efficiency, which is crucial for demanding rally conditions. Key features of this coilover kit include 36-way adjustable damping, allowing for fine-tuning of your suspension's response. The inverted steel shock absorber design contributes to increased responsiveness and better heat management. With large 55mm shock bodies and heavy-duty steel lower mounts, these coilovers offer durability and strength. Aerospace-quality aluminum components are utilized throughout, and the monotube high-pressure design minimizes the risk of oil leakage. The kit includes adjustable spring perches for ride height adjustment and pillowball top mounts for enhanced steering feel and responsiveness. A dust boot protects the damper seal, and camber adjustment is available on many models. The front spring rates are set at 8.7 kg/mm, and the rear spring rates are 6.3 kg/mm. This kit is designed for the Volkswagen Golf and Rabbit MK1 models from 1974 to 1985.
