Overview

This intake system mounts in the factory air box location and uses Cold Air Dam panels to ensure a steady flow of cooler outside air to the filter. It features a replacement low-restriction intake tube and a 360-degree conical, washable, and reusable AIRAID premium air filter that is less restrictive than paper and offers superior filtration.

It mounts in the factory air box location, utilizing Cold Air Dam panels that create additional cold air passages to the filter. These panels seal to the underside of the hood with blade-style weather stripping, effectively isolating the filter from hot engine compartment air. The system includes a low-restriction intake tube and a 360-degree conical, dry, washable, and reusable AIRAID premium air filter. This filter offers less restriction than traditional paper filters and ensures superior filtration. Installation is straightforward, requiring only common hand tools, and no tune is required. Some AIRAID air intakes may not be legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards; always verify the product's vehicle applications for legal status in your specific region.
