Cold Air Intake

The BBK Performance Cold Air Intake offers a direct replacement for the restrictive factory intake system in 1997-2003 V8 Ford F-150 models, excluding supercharged variants. This intake is constructed from weather-resistant aluminum for the intake pipe, stainless steel clamps, and a powder-coated steel heat shield, with urethane and silicone connectors. Engineered to add air to the engine faster than the stock system, this BBK intake promises improved fuel economy and an increase of 8-10 horsepower. It is designed as a no-tune product, meaning it can be installed and used safely without requiring an ECU re-flash. The system includes a washable and reusable cotton-based air filter coated with oil for effective filtration. Installation is straightforward, estimated at approximately one hour with basic hand tools. The kit includes the intake tube, heat shield, air filter, and all necessary hardware.
