This easy-to-install, bolt-on system draws cooler outside air through a directional cone filter and funnel. It is tested to boost torque by up to 10 pounds and horsepower up to 10. This cold air intake system increases airflow by as much as 20% and is a cost-effective way to gain power. Beyond performance gains, it can actually improve fuel economy by 1-2 mpg, depending on driving style. It is street legal in all 50 states and has been tested to comply with emissions standards. Installation is typically straightforward, often requiring only basic hand tools like a screwdriver, pliers, and a ratchet set, with an estimated installation time of 90 minutes or less. The intake is designed specifically for your Nitro, utilizing existing factory mounting points and holes for a direct replacement fit.
