Overview

This cold air intake for the Nissan Titan XD 5.6L is engineered to minimize air restriction and flow better than stock. It features a new front scoop, a massive side inlet (70% larger), and an intake tube that connects directly to the throttle body. The snap-in lid design allows for quick installation and inspection without screws. The air filter, coupler, tube seal, and scoop are all made from premium silicone rubber, which won't crack, has exceptional tear strength, and can handle temperatures up to 400°F. S&B claims improved fuel economy by allowing the engine to work more efficiently due to lower restriction. The oiled filter offers superior filtration compared to dry filters but may require cleaning more frequently in dusty environments.
