Cold Air Intake Kit

The JLT Cold Air Intake with Red Oiled Filter is specifically engineered to boost the performance of 2016-2024 Camaro LT1 and SS models. This system replaces the factory intake with a design that maximizes airflow while keeping intake air temperatures cooler, leading to enhanced engine performance and a more responsive throttle. Constructed from durable crosslink polyethylene, the intake tube helps to insulate incoming air, further contributing to cooler charge temperatures. The intake also produces a more aggressive engine sound and can increase supercharger whine. This kit offers two intake tube options: one designed to work with the stock tune and a massive 5-inch tube that requires a custom tune for optimal performance. The manufacturer claims horsepower gains between 10 to 15 HP with the no-tune required intake, and even greater gains when using the 5-inch tube with a custom tune. Torque gains are reported to be between 15 to 20 lb-ft. The filter is rated at 99.20% efficiency and offers a 17.11% airflow improvement. The kit includes three different couplers to accommodate various throttle body sizes. The product is not CARB legal and therefore not for sale in California.
