Description

The Performance Chip Tuning cold air intake kit is designed to improve the performance of 1.6L Gamma GDI (G4FD) engines by replacing restrictive factory plastic air boxes with smooth-bore T304 aluminum piping. By providing a more direct path to the throttle body, this kit reduces vacuum restriction and mitigates heat soak, resulting in improved engine responsiveness and a more aggressive induction note. This bolt-on upgrade is engineered to utilize factory mounting points, with installation typically taking under 60 minutes using standard hand tools. It is specifically compatible with the following configurations: 2011-2015 Hyundai Veloster, 2011-2015 Hyundai Accent, and 2012-2015 Kia Rio, all equipped with the 1.6L 4-cylinder engine.
