The JLT Performance Big Air Intake system is engineered to enhance airflow and reduce restriction for the Ford F-150 Lightning (1999-2004) and F-150 Harley Davidson (2002-2003) models. This kit features a black plastic intake tube with a large ID at the mass airflow sensor and a sizable opening at the throttle body. It includes an ABS plastic heat shield to block engine heat at idle and low speeds, and a Powerstack filter with deep pleats and built-in screens to strengthen airflow. The intake tubes are finished with silicone reducers and stainless clamps. The JLT Big Air intake is California Air Resources Board (CARB) EO approved (D-761). This cold air intake is designed to provide significant performance gains, adding an estimated 10-15 horsepower over the stock system. The kit includes a red, cotton gauze air filter.
