The Cold Air Inductions 512-1059-08-B cold air intake system is engineered to unlock the full potential of your 2005-2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer SS equipped with the 6.0L V8 engine. This intake is dyno-proven to deliver up to 14 additional horsepower at the wheels, along with sharper throttle response and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust tone, all without requiring a tune. The system is constructed with a thermal-coated aluminum intake tube, finished in a durable textured black powder coat, and paired with a sealed aluminum air box. This design maximizes airflow and minimizes heat soak, drawing in cooler, denser outside air for increased engine efficiency and power. A clear inspection window allows for easy filter checks without disassembly. The reusable, high-flow oiled cotton-gauze air filter offers excellent filtration down to 5-microns. Designed and built in the USA, this cold air intake system features a bolt-on design that installs in under an hour using basic hand tools. It comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please note: This product is not CARB compliant and not legal for sale or use in California or any state with similar emission standards. It is also not street-legal in all 50 states. A California Proposition 65 warning applies.
