Cold Air Intake System

The Integrated Engineering cold air intake is engineered for Audi B9 A4, A5, and Allroad models equipped with the 2.0T engine, specifically for model years 2016-2025. This intake system boasts a ram air design, a high-flow velocity stack with a motorsport design, and a massive 55-inch filter inlet to maximize the delivery of cold air to your engine. It aims to replace the restrictive stock airbox, leading to an impressive increase in air flow that feeds your turbo more efficiently. This enhanced airflow translates to more power, particularly noticeable during warmer months, and is also reported to improve the engine's sound. The design incorporates a three-piece heat shield that actively channels cold air from the front of the vehicle to the large performance filter. An additional heat shield is strategically placed above the turbocharger to mitigate heat absorption from the exhaust and turbo, which can rob power. Installation is described as simple and quick, typically taking around an hour with basic tools. However, it is crucial to note that this intake **does not fit engines equipped with a MAF housing & sensor**. Buyers are advised to verify their engine configuration before ordering. In-depth power testing conducted on an in-house Dynapack hub dyno on a full bolt-on stage 2 B9 A4 2.0T engine showed peak gains of 10-20+ HP/TQ on tuned engines. An optional gloss carbon fiber lid is available separately to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the intake system within the engine bay.
