The MST Performance cold air intake system is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to replace the restrictive factory airbox in the 2008-2014 Ford Fiesta 1.6L. By utilizing mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum or cast aluminum piping and a high-flow nanofiber dry air filter, this system optimizes airflow to the engine, resulting in improved throttle response and a more engaging induction sound. This kit is specifically designed for naturally aspirated 1.6L Duratec engines and is not compatible with turbocharged variants. The system includes a black powder-coated heat shield to minimize heat soak from the engine bay, ensuring the engine receives cooler, denser air for increased combustion efficiency. Every kit comes complete with all necessary mounting hardware and comprehensive installation instructions. Installation must be performed by a trained professional to ensure all components are properly secured and integrated. Please note that this product is designed specifically for the 2008-2014 Ford Fiesta 1.6L Powershift and non-turbo Duratec engines; it is not compatible with other models or forced-induction configurations.
