Description

By utilizing a high-velocity venturi filter adapter, the system ensures a smooth transition of air through the mass airflow sensor. The kit includes a larger, fully enclosed air box to house a Pro5 cotton gauze air filter, which is designed to collect colder ambient air for improved engine efficiency. This intake kit is specifically designed for the 2008-2019 Nissan Frontier, 2008-2017 Nissan Xterra, and 2008-2013 Nissan Pathfinder equipped with the 4.0L V6 engine. A relief cut is integrated into the air box design to allow for proper clearance, eliminating the need for horn relocation. Please note that installation involves mounting the air box within the engine bay, and some users have reported challenges with mounting hole alignment and box fitment. Ensure all hardware is secured during installation to prevent potential rattling or misalignment.
