Cold Air Intake System

The Roto-Fab cold air intake system is specifically engineered for the 2016-2019 Cadillac CTS-V. The intake features a powder-coated aluminum air box that is custom-formed and TIG-welded to perfectly mate with the stock air inlet duct while following the CTS-V's contours. The air box design seals to the hood, maximizing volume and accommodating a large filter. A unique MAF sensor housing/air box adapter provides a 6-inch filter mounting surface and transitions internally to create a velocity stack entry. To manage engine movement, a silicone hump hose connector is incorporated at the inlet elbow. The inlet elbow is custom-molded with a taper to increase air velocity and features a large ID, stepped down with a silicone reducer to the throttle body clamping diameter. All coupler clamps and mounting screws are made of stainless steel. The Roto-fab intake system is hand-designed and built by US craftsmen. This system includes an oiled filter that comes pre-oiled and ready for use. The replacement filter part number is 1013-5013, and it requires 89 grams of oil when servicing.
