Overview

The USP Motorsports cold air intake system is a high-flowing intake upgrade for 2011-2014 VW Mk6 Jetta 2.5L models. It is constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping for lightweight performance. The system includes custom brackets to relocate the power steering reservoir and, on automatic transmission models, the transmission computer for a complete fit.

The USP Motorsports cold air intake system provides an improved airflow solution for the 2011-2014 VW Mk6 Jetta 2.5L. Utilizing 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping, this intake is engineered to be both lightweight and high-flowing, replacing factory components to increase engine performance. Designing this kit required the relocation of the vehicle's power steering reservoir and automatic transmission computer, so the system includes specialized brackets to accommodate these components securely. The kit comes as a complete package featuring the aluminum intake pipe, a pre-oiled air filter, silicone couplers, and all necessary mounting hardware. Installation typically takes about one hour and does not require specialized tools. A breather filter is included and is required for vehicles equipped with a secondary air pump. Please note that this specific system is configured for manual transmission applications; automatic transmission versions require a different SKU to accommodate the necessary computer bracketry.
