The CTS Turbo Cold Air Intake System is engineered to enhance the performance of the 2012-2014 Volkswagen Golf Mk6 R. This system utilizes the factory air scoop in conjunction with a sealed airbox to ensure a consistent supply of cold air to the engine. The air then flows through a high-flow cone air filter, specifically designed with an inverted cone shape to maximize engine aspiration. Constructed with a single-piece, CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe featuring a black powder coating, this system ensures smooth airflow into the engine. It includes a CNC machined MAF flange and a DV relocation bung for optimal integration. The connectors are made from durable 4-ply silicone and are secured with stainless steel clamps. This intake system is designed to provide peak power gains ranging from 9-15HP, contributing to increased horsepower and torque across the entire power band.
