The JLT Performance Cold Air Intake system is engineered to deliver significant horsepower and torque gains for your 2010-2014 Shelby GT500 Mustang. It boasts a massive 123mm MAF housing, advertised as the largest available, making it suitable for GT500s producing up to 750 RWHP, while also functioning effectively on stock daily drivers. This kit includes a high-flow, reusable 5" x 7" S&B Power Stack air filter, allowing for cost savings over time as it can be cleaned and re-oiled instead of requiring frequent replacement. The intake tube is constructed from durable plastic, and the system comes with a heat shield, silicone coupler, clamps, and all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation that typically takes about one hour with basic hand tools. It is crucial to note that installation of this JLT Cold Air Intake requires a computer tune (ECU reprogramming) for proper operation. Furthermore, this intake system is not CARB certified and is therefore not legal for use in California or other states that adopt California emission standards; it is intended for off-road use only.
