The Armaspeed Cold Carbon Air Intake System is engineered for the Honda Civic Type R FK8, offering a performance boost through a unique carbon fiber design. Its vacuumed carbon fiber airbox is specifically crafted to isolate the engine bay's hot air, thereby ensuring a cooler air intake charge which directly contributes to better engine performance and efficiency. This system is designed as a direct bolt-on, requiring no modifications for installation. The intake features a carbon fiber construction, not only contributing to its performance benefits but also enhancing the aesthetics of the engine bay. A key advantage is that it does not require any remapping of the ECU/DME after installation, simplifying the upgrade process. It is important to note that this kit does not include an air filter. The compatible model years for this intake are 2017 and newer, specifically for the Honda Civic Type R FK8.
