The JBR TIAL BOV Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST is precision-engineered from 2.5″ mandrel-bent aluminum. It features a CNC-machined flange specifically for a TIAL blow-off valve and includes a 1/8″ NPT bung, making it meth injection ready. This upgrade is ideal for those looking to enhance their turbo system or achieve the distinctive sound of an external blow-off valve. Installation is streamlined, with the kit providing all necessary components to easily block and eliminate the OEM bypass valve. Connections are made secure with custom, 5-ply reinforced silicone couplers that are resistant to fuel and oil and will not expand under boost. For a firm grip, the kit includes 19mm wide stainless T-bolt clamps. The included TIAL blow-off valve components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy, featuring a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve, a clean V-Band design mounting clamp with stainless steel hardware, and a Viton O-ring seal. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodized for durability, with a high-temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm in the actuator for longevity. This direct OEM replacement kit is compatible with all aftermarket turbos and intercoolers that are direct OEM emplacements. It requires a sound symposer delete for vacuum source.
