This kit features Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology and includes a new O-ring and spring clip for secure installation. It retains all factory emissions components and does not require a tuner.

The Mishimoto Cold-Side Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit is engineered as a direct-fit performance upgrade for 2017 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. This kit directly replaces the factory plastic intercooler piping, which is known for its susceptibility to failure under demanding conditions. The kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots featuring DuraCore technology for enhanced durability and longevity, along with a new O-ring and spring clip for a secure, leak-free connection. Mishimoto has designed a CNC-machined quick-disconnect flange and IAT sensor housing to facilitate an easy installation process. Importantly, this upgrade retains all factory emissions components and does not necessitate the use of an aftermarket tuner, ensuring emissions compliance and simplifying the installation. It's important to note that the fittings on this Mishimoto product may not be compatible with the factory compression fittings for the transmission cooler lines that connect to the radiator. This specific kit is designed for the 2017-2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty and 2017-2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty models with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine.
