The super glossy surface accentuates vehicle contours with striking, liquid-like reflections. This technology allows for efficient air release during installation, significantly reducing the risk of bubbles and creases. The material is flexible and offers good stretchability, enabling it to conform smoothly around edges, curves, and complex shapes. The wrap has a film thickness of 0.15 mm and a total thickness with liner of 0.32 mm. Proper installation is crucial for achieving the best results and maintaining the warranty. TeckWrap recommends applying the film to clean, sound, fully cured OEM factory finishes only; repainted, primed, aftermarket, or damaged surfaces may affect adhesion and removal. Professional installation is strongly recommended for optimal outcomes and warranty validity. Consistent orientation of the directional film across all panels and using a single production LOT are essential for maintaining the integrity of the color-shift effect. Aftercare instructions include hand washing with a pH-neutral shampoo (pH 3 to 11) and avoiding waxes, solvents, automatic washes, brushes, or high-pressure washers. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 3 years on vertical panels and approximately 2 years for full wraps, depending on the climate. Horizontal surfaces have a shorter expected life. The warranty does not extend to abrasion, scratches, gloss changes, normal wear, or films applied to non-OEM, repainted, or damaged surfaces.
