The Ranger RL-8500 is an innovative combination disc/drum brake lathe designed for faster, easier, and more accurate rotor/flywheel and drum resurfacing. It uses independent DC servo motors for cross-feed and spindle feed to reduce vibration and chatter for a superior finish. It features infinitely adjustable feed rates, a sturdy steel bench, large tool storage backboards, a heavy, hardened, forged cast iron body, and precision-ground components. Key features include a quick-change tool head, ergonomic controls, dual LED work lamps, and a large chip catch funnel and bin. An optional truck adapter set is available.
