Description

The Cometic C4542-027 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket designed for high-output engines. It features multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with an outer coating of Viton rubber for enhanced sealing performance. The gasket has a bore size of 88mm and a thickness of 0.027 inches, with a compressed operating thickness of 0.036 inches. These MLS gaskets are suitable for use with aluminum heads on aluminum or cast iron blocks and do not require sealants.
