Description

The Cometic Gasket is a multi-layer stainless steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket designed for Chevrolet Gen-1 Small Block V8 engines. It features five layers of stainless steel for increased strength, rebound, and corrosion resistance. The outer layers are embossed and coated with Viton rubber, which is heat resistant up to 482°F (250°C), and designed to handle harsh sealing environments.

This gasket has a bore size of 4.160 inches and a compressed thickness of 0.056 inches. No sealants or re-torque are required after installation.
