The Cometic C5816-045 is a multi-layer steel engine cylinder head gasket designed for high-output engines. It features a 4.320-inch bore and a 0.045-inch compressed thickness. This gasket is sold individually and requires no sealants.

This gasket is noted to fit GM Bowtie blocks and includes two water holes on each end, with the lower three open.
