The Cometic C5331-062 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket designed for Chevrolet Mark-IV Big Block V8 engines. It features a compressed thickness of .062 inches and a bore size of 4.630 inches. The gasket's construction includes three to five layers of stainless steel for increased strength, rebound, and corrosion resistance. The outer layers are coated with a heat-resistant Viton rubber material.
