MIA's Description

The Cometic C5040-030 is a set of multi-layer stainless steel (MLS) exhaust manifold gaskets. These gaskets are designed with a thickness of 0.030 inches and feature oval ports measuring 1.859 inches in height and 1.688 inches in width. The MLS construction provides excellent rebound ability and corrosion resistance.

These gaskets are coated with a heat-resistant, rubber-based material on their outer layers to ensure a reliable seal under various conditions. Their design promotes an even torque load across the sealing surface, which helps to reduce bore distortion. They are sold as a pair.
