Description

The Cometic C5434-098 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket designed for Mark-IV GM Gen-V/VI Big Block engines. It features a 4.630" bore size and a compressed thickness of 0.036". The outer layers are coated with Viton rubber for enhanced sealing performance.

These MLS gaskets provide maximum sealing for high-output engines and do not require sealants. They are suitable for use with aluminum heads on aluminum or cast iron blocks, offering increased strength, rebound resistance, and corrosion resistance due to their multi-layer stainless steel construction.
