Description

The Cometic C5332-060 is a cylinder head gasket designed for GM Gen-V/VI Big Block V8 engines. It features a 4.375-inch bore and a compressed operating thickness of 0.060 inches. This Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) gasket is constructed from multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with an outer Viton rubber coating for enhanced sealing.

Cometic MLS head gaskets offer maximum sealing performance for high-output engines and do not require sealants. They are suitable for applications combining aluminum heads with aluminum blocks or cast iron blocks, providing strength and resistance to shearing forces and corrosion. The Viton coating is heat resistant up to 250 C (482 F) and designed to withstand demanding sealing environments.
