Description

The Cometic MLS cylinder head gasket is constructed from multiple layers of stainless steel for increased strength, rebound, and corrosion resistance. The outer layers feature an embossed design coated with Viton rubber, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). This gasket sits between the engine block and cylinder head to prevent the mixing of gasses and oils with the cooling system. All Cometic products are made in the United States.
