Description

The Cometic C4522-050 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket designed for high output engines. It features an operating thickness of 0.050 inches and a bore size of 75.5mm (3.007 inches). The outer layers are coated with Viton rubber for heat resistance up to 482°F (250°C), and the gasket is constructed from three layers of stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. This gasket does not require sealants and is suitable for use with aluminum heads to aluminum or cast iron blocks.
