The Cometic C4192-045 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket designed for Honda/Acura B-Series Hybrid 4-cylinder engines. It features a compressed thickness of 0.045" and a bore diameter of 83mm.

Constructed from multiple embossed layers of stainless steel, the outer layers are coated with Viton rubber for enhanced heat resistance and sealing. Cometic MLS head gaskets offer maximum sealing performance for high-output engines and do not require additional sealants. They are suitable for applications involving aluminum heads to aluminum blocks, as well as aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, and are known for their increased strength and resistance to corrosion.
