Description

The Cometic C4300-120 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket designed for maximum sealing performance in high-output engines. It is constructed from multiple embossed layers of stainless steel, with the outer layers featuring a Viton rubber coating for enhanced heat resistance and durability.

This gasket has a compressed operating thickness of 0.120 inches and a bore size of 86mm. It is ideal for applications involving aluminum heads to aluminum blocks or aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, as it can withstand the shearing forces between different materials. Cometic MLS gaskets do not require sealants and are resistant to corrosion.
