Description

It provides maximum sealing performance and requires no sealants. This gasket is ideal for applications with aluminum heads to aluminum blocks or aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, as it can withstand shearing forces. Comprised of multiple layers of stainless steel for increased strength, rebound, and corrosion resistance, the outer layers are embossed and coated with heat-resistant Viton. The center shim layer is uncoated stainless steel and can be varied to accommodate different thickness requirements.
