Description

The Cometic C4148-027 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket designed for high-output engines. It features multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with the outer layers coated in Viton rubber. The compressed operating thickness is 0.027 inches. This gasket is suitable for both aluminum-to-aluminum and aluminum-to-cast iron block applications and does not require sealants. Cometic products are manufactured in the United States.
