Description

The Cometic C4235-040 is a multi-layer steel (MLS) head gasket designed for the Mitsubishi 4G63 engine. It features a thickness of .040 inches and a bore size of 87.0mm, constructed with multiple stainless steel layers for increased strength and corrosion resistance. The outer layers are coated with heat-resistant Viton rubber.

This gasket is ideal for applications using aluminum heads with either aluminum or cast iron blocks. It is compatible with various Mitsubishi and DSM models, including the 1G/2G DSM, Evo I-III, Eclipse, Talon, Laser, and Galant VR4 from model years 1990-1999.
