The Cometic C4343-045 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket designed for specific Nissan and Infiniti V6 engines. It features a compressed thickness of .045 inches, a round bore shape with a 100mm size, and a left-side orientation. The gasket's outer layers are coated with Viton rubber, providing heat resistance up to 482°F (250°C).

Cometic utilizes stainless steel for increased strength, rebound capability, and corrosion resistance, with this particular model having 3 layers. Cometic products are manufactured in the United States.
