Description

The Cometic C4536-040 is an MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) cylinder head gasket designed for high-output engines. It is constructed with multiple embossed layers of stainless steel and features an outer layer with a Viton rubber coating for enhanced sealing. This gasket has a compressed operating thickness of 0.040 inches and a bore size of 95mm. It is suitable for aluminum heads to aluminum blocks and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, capable of withstanding shearing forces. The gasket is made in the United States.
