Description

The Cometic C5861-051 is a left-side, Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket designed for Subaru EZ30 Flat 6 3.0L engines with a 90mm bore. It features embossed layers of stainless steel with an outer Viton rubber coating, providing maximum sealing performance for high-output engines without the need for sealants.

This gasket is ideal for combinations of aluminum heads to aluminum blocks, and aluminum heads to cast iron blocks, as it can withstand the shearing forces between dissimilar materials. The Viton coating is heat-resistant up to 250°C (482°F) and suitable for demanding sealing environments.
