It features multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with an outer Viton rubber coating, offering a compressed operating thickness of 0.051 inches. This gasket is ideal for both aluminum-to-aluminum and aluminum-to-cast iron block applications.

Cometic MLS head gaskets provide maximum sealing performance and are built with increased strength due to their multi-layer stainless steel construction, allowing for rebound and resistance to corrosion.
