Description
This gasket is constructed from three to five layers of stainless steel, providing increased strength, rebound, and corrosion resistance. The outer layers are embossed and coated with Viton rubber, which is heat resistant up to 250°C (482°F), to withstand harsh sealing environments and load conditions. Head gaskets play a crucial role in preventing the mixing of gases and oils with the cooling system, and are recommended to be in good condition, especially when increasing horsepower.
